Helping players grow, build confidence, and support each other is at the heart of coaching for Coach David. This season, he returns to lead the Hornets Minor B Softball team with the same energy and dedication that has defined his coaching since joining NCLL three years ago.

What Inspired Him to Coach

Coach David was inspired by the impact that proper guidance and encouragement can have on young athletes.

He wanted to provide players with the same support, structure, and motivation that helped him develop, both on and off the field. His goal is to create an environment where players feel confident, valued, and motivated to grow.

Playing Background

Growing up, Coach David played baseball, primarily at first and third base. His experience as a player gives him insight into teaching fundamentals while helping young athletes build a love for the game.

What Excites Him Most This Season

This season, Coach David is most excited to see his players:

Life Lessons He Teaches
