Payment Options
- Online Payment: Debit/Credit Card (through the registration portal)
- Check or Cash: Submit at registration (checks payable to New Castle Little League)
Volunteer Bond Policy
New Castle Little League is a volunteer-driven organization. To help keep registration costs affordable and ensure games and events run smoothly, each family is required to submit a $150 Volunteer Bond at the start of the season.
Volunteer Bond Details
- $150 per family, payable by cash or check.
- Cash bonds will be securely held and returned once volunteer requirements are completed.
- Checks will NOT be cashed unless volunteer requirements are not fulfilled by the end of the season.
Volunteer Requirement
- Each family must complete 6 volunteer hours per season.
- Volunteer opportunities may include concessions, field clean-up, events, and other league-approved roles.
Bond Return Policy
- All 6 hours must be completed for the bond to be returned.
- Partial bonds will not be returned for partially completed hours.
- If volunteer hours are not fulfilled, checks may be deposited and cash bonds will be retained by the league.
Refund Policy
All registration fees are refundable before the registration deadline. After teams are assigned, fees may be partially refundable based on league discretion. Contact the league for specific refund requests.
