Required Documents

To complete registration for New Castle Little League, all players must submit the following documents.

Player Birth Certificate – Official proof of age.
Proof of Residency or School Enrollment Form – Documents must be dated between 2/1/2025 and 2/1/2026.
Player Medical Form / Physical – Signed by parent/guardian.
Parent / Guardian Contact Information
Signed Waivers & Consent Forms
Volunteer Bond Check – $150 due at registration/document drop-off. See the Fees & Payment Options page.

📌 2026 Spring Registration – Document Drop-Off Days

  • Sunday, March 1st – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Sunday, March 15th – 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
  • Tuesday, April 7th – 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

  • If claiming school attendance, provide official enrollment or signed school form.
  • Original documents may be requested for verification.
